Domain & Hosting Validity
Domain and hosting charges are valid for one (1) year only. Customers must renew these services annually at the service provider’s prevailing renewal rate. Renewal costs may vary depending on USD exchange rate fluctuations.
Account Handover & Responsibility
Upon project completion, if the customer requests a full handover, all account credentials (Website/WordPress, Hosting, and cPanel) will be provided.
After the handover of admin access, RSLsofts will not be responsible for any technical issues.
Optional Hosting & cPanel Management
If the customer chooses to manage Hosting and cPanel services through RSLsofts (including renewals and maintenance), an annual maintenance fee of BDT 2,000/year will apply.
After‑Sales Support
6 months of after‑sales technical support for website-related issues.
3 months of free service for data updates or content changes.
Client-Provided Materials
The customer must provide all required content, including photos, text, logo, and menu names, for website development.
If logo or graphic design services are required from RSLsofts, additional charges will apply.
Payment Clearance
All outstanding payments must be fully cleared before final project handover.
Post‑Completion Changes
After project completion, RSLsofts is not responsible for:
Website re-design
Upgradation
Data updates (after the initial 3-month period)
Design or functional modifications
These services will be provided at an additional cost, if requested.
Domain & Hosting Refund Policy
No refunds are allowed for domain and hosting purchases once processed.
Pre‑Project Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund before the web design project begins.
Project Completion & Refund Policy
If RSLsofts fails to complete the web design project, a full refund will be issued.
If RSLsofts is capable of completing the project, but the customer terminates the project midway, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Acceptance of Terms
RSLsofts adheres strictly to the above Terms & Services.
All valued customers are requested to read, understand, and agree to these terms before proceeding.
