Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Domain & Hosting
Domain and hosting charges are valid for one (1) year only.
Customers must renew these services annually at the service provider’s current renewal rate.
Renewal charges may change due to USD exchange rate fluctuations.
2. Account Ownership & Handover
Upon project completion, customers may request full access to all related accounts, including:
Website / WordPress
Hosting
cPanel
Once full administrative access is handed over, RSLsofts will no longer be responsible for any technical issues.
3. Hosting & Maintenance Services (Optional)
If the customer chooses to keep Hosting and cPanel management with RSLsofts (including renewals and technical maintenance), an annual maintenance fee of BDT 2,000 per year will be charged.
4. After‑Sales Support
6 months of free after‑sales technical support for website-related issues.
3 months of free support for content updates or minor data changes.
Any support beyond these periods will be chargeable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Customers must provide all necessary materials for website development, including:
Text content
Images
Logo
Menu names and structure
If the customer requires logo design or graphic design services from RSLsofts, additional charges will apply.
6. Payment Policy
All project-related payments must be fully paid before final project delivery or account handover.
7. Post‑Completion Changes
After project completion, RSLsofts is not responsible for:
Website re‑design
Feature upgrades or enhancements
Data updates (after the first 3 months)
Design or functional modifications
These services may be provided upon request and at an additional cost.
8. Domain & Hosting Refund Policy
No refunds are available for domain or hosting purchases once they have been processed.
9. Web Design Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund before the web design project begins.
If RSLsofts fails to complete the project, a full refund will be issued.
If RSLsofts is capable of completing the project but the customer terminates the project midway, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
RSLsofts reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
